17% of Russians earn less than 1000 rubles

Grey salary beat on pensions. The head of the Pension Fund of Russia Anton Drozdov has declared, that many employers are still hiding the true amount of income of their employees. According to official figures obtained by an absurd situation: 17% of the working population earn less than 1000 rubles a month, that is living far below the subsistence minimum at 5.518 thousand rubles. Obviously, their income is ten times more than that. This leads to low-income to the pension fund and its deficit, which next year could exceed $ 1 billion. According to the Federal State Statistics Service, average pay Russians in May of this year amounted to 20.562 thousand rubles.
