According to the nationwide survey of the National Agency for Financial Studies, only 29% of the population is ready under certain conditions to pay a higher bank charges, 57% do not do it under any circumstances, while 14% of respondents found it difficult to answer. People called the main factors affecting pay a higher fee. Those recognized: the reliability and reputation of the bank, prompt service, no queues, great location, an opportunity to receive bonuses or gifts, as well as attractive interior and friendly staff. Also revealed the dependence of paying high commissions on age - the older people, the more often they keep their money. For example, consumers aged 55 years, refuse to expensive banking operations in 33% of cases, and those who are 18 to 24 years - 13%. The greatest loyalty to the great commissions have shown customers of banks that have credit.
