61% of Russians - against the estate

Most of our fellow citizens are not ready to purchase real estate. Thus, according to a survey conducted by the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending "in 149 localities, only 2% of the population are planning to buy a property in the coming year. Now the purchase of housing set aside 13% of Russians, and a third of them is going to take advantage of mortgage lending in the next 5 years, reported Vedomosti. However, these data are not enough of what they say: as much as 61% of the population said that they would not buy real estate "in the absence of such need." It is worth noting that last year of the Russians was much smaller, only 47%. Specialists believe the decline in demand due to an increase in property prices and changing people's attitudes toward money. The population was inclined to frugality, it is reoriented on their own, rather than loans, experts say. As a result, last year alone the size of a mortgage loan in the capital dropped by half.
