The volume of the monetary base in narrow definition on January 19, 2009 amounted to 4.0662 trillion rubles to 4.2187 trillion rubles on January 12, 2009, informs Department external and public relations of Bank of Russia informs. That is the week the monetary base decreased by 152.5 billion rubles (3.6%).
