OPEC Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri said that oil prices will rise in the second half of next year. In his opinion, OPEC's target level of 75 dollars per barrel price of oil reached, probably in 2010, reports Bloomberg. Oil prices are falling mainly due to the current global recession, reducing demand and fears of market participants that the members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries did not meet their commitments to reduce production quotas, said A.el-Badri, in an interview with the newspaper Al-Hayat.
