Bailiffs will cease to write off money from the accounts of mobile phones

Federal Bailiffs Service (FSSP) of Russia and the operators of the "Big Three" have signed an agreement on information exchange, according to which the debit money from mobile debtors' accounts bailiffs will not be reported on Monday, May 23, RIA Novosti, citing the press service departments. Bailiffs and operators of the "Big Three" - MTS, MegaFon, VimpelCom - signed a quadripartite agreement, which sets out the procedure for granting and the amount of information about the subscriber numbers of debtors. "Carriers will provide FSSP Russia requested information about the subscriber numbers, designed for debtors in enforcement proceedings, known addresses of their registration, passport information, information about the amount of payments provided by the operator for the two months preceding the request without specifying the balance at the time of the request, - said in a statement. Agreement provides for a procedure for collecting debts "by debiting funds from the accounts of mobile operators," emphasizes Office. According to the data, FSSP, information sharing will be implemented at the federal level through a single automated workflow system. Under the agreement, will operate a working group which will make operational decisions on matters arising during the implementation of agreements reached. "Parties to the agreement were not opposed to accession by other telecom operators", - said in a statement.
