Court of Auditors (SP) of the Russian Federation has revealed that the system of training teams of Russia to the XXI Olympic Winter Games and X Paralympic Winter Games 2010 Vancouver inefficient, imperfect and carries a corruption component, reported in the press service of the joint venture with reference on test results. Russia spent preparing Olympians about 6,2 billion rubles, the report said. The Chamber believes that it would be appropriate to take charge of Olympic results and the whole system of training of the combined Russian Olympic Committee. "The audit showed that a single system implementation schedule of sports events in which athletes are trained, inefficient, imperfect, carries a corruption component and generally requires major changes. So, throughout the Olympic cycle, the direct financing of works (services) associated with the preparation of athletes engaged in commercial organizations, in fact, act as cash management center and the numbering in the state of several people. Nevertheless, every year at the disposal of these organizations reported 2-3,5 billion rubles ",
