In general, the Office has received thousands of requests from citizens of 7.099, which is 4,9% more than in the previous year. 33.8% of violations falls on OSAGO. The same number of accounts for voluntary insurance. Overall, in motor insurance (CASCO and OSAGO) - more than 48% of the violations. In the first quarter Rosstrakhnadzor restricted licenses of two insurance companies, has suspended - at 19, resumed its activities - in 5, withdrew - at 21. Total service for the first three months of this year sent 889 prescriptions, of which 238 - on the basis of citizens, of whom 166 - on OSAGO. "In 2009, 110 insurers changed address, 55 companies - have changed their name," - said Koval. "In the first quarter - 35 insurers changed address and 6, the name" - he added, noting that the change of the name "free from past sins."
