The cost of Russian oil has grown by 70%

Average price of Russian Urals crude in the last month of this year amounted to 82.52 dollar per barrel. In April last year, this pokaztel byd much lower - 48.81 dollars. This was stated by RIA Novosti Head of Analytical Department of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Alexander Sakovich. Moreover, prices in April were higher than in March. Then the figure was 76.71 dollars per barrel. "From January to April this year, the average oil price was fixed at 76.96 dollars per barrel, whereas the first four months of last year was 44.79 dollars per barrel", - said Sakovich. Ministry of Economic Development (MED) has improved the forecast average price for Urals crude in 2010 to $ 76 per barrel. The previous forecast was far more pessimistic - 54-57 dollars per barrel. According to government decree, the export duty on Russian crude oil on April 1 amounted to 268.9 dollars per ton duty on light oil - 193.5 dollars per ton, on dark - 104.2 dollars per ton.
