Courts do not give tax authorities to collect 179 billion rubles

Last year the company presented a tax bill for 309.3 billion rubles, of which 136.7 billion rubles have been confirmed by the court. Then follow the physical persons - 15,2 billion rubles claims, 14.2 billion rubles, of which the court recognized as legitimate. Individual entrepreneurs were brought to recover 10.6 billion rubles, of which the Court upheld a little less than half - 5.2 billion rubles.
