The rating agency "Expert RA" has downgraded the rating of reliability of JSC Insurance Company "Ural-AIL" from level A ("high level of reliability") to B + + ("An acceptable level of reliability"). Reason for the decline - a significant excess proportion of receivables in assets acceptable value, extremely high rates of loss from insurance operations and a negative technical result in the 3 rd quarter of 2008.
