Export duties on raw materials, mineral fertilizers and non-ferrous metals will be reviewed shortly

Ministry of Economic Development (MED) in the near future make proposals to revise export duties for raw materials, mineral fertilizers, ferrous metals. This was reported by the Director of the Department for analysis and regulation of foreign economic activity LED Alexei Likhachev. Recall that in the midst of financial crisis, the government made several decisions to alleviate the burden on exporters. In particular, the export tax was reduced. Thus, the government made it possible for exporters to get more profit and sell their products at more affordable prices. Now the state wants to get everything back in its place, as the budget expenditures are very high, money is needed. At the same time, the situation in commodity markets is favorable, it allows exporters to obtain great profits with relatively high export duties.
