The prosecutor of the Chita region confirmed the indictment in a criminal case against former police officers ATC Zabaikalsky edge 28-year old Ruslan Umarov and Alexei Veselkova. Umarov and Veselkov committed robberies at gas stations in the villages of Chita Region. In the first case, in December 2010, using the fact that at the gas station in the village of Domna no video surveillance system and are not equipped with a window to serve customers, they are on the pretext of buying antifreeze got into the room, and gas stations, threatening traumatic gun, tied up employees and stole from the cash 56 thousand rubles. The second time, in February 2011, they attacked the petrol station in the village Beklemishevo. Here, however, the attackers escaped robbery. When Veselkov stuck in a window with a hand gun and demanded the workers to give him money from the cashier, who was in the room gas station cashier's husband grabbed his arm and began to wrest it. At this time, the worker closed the window and wrung his hand assailant. Umarov accomplice managed to free from the trap, and then both fled the scene of the attack on the car. All that happened was recorded CCTV system that allowed to determine the registration number of the car and face the attackers. Umarov and Veselkov, knowing that their identity will soon be installed, have surrendered themselves to the police. Each of the attackers threatened with punishment by imprisonment for a term of 7 to 12 years with a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
