In early March, the Supreme Arbitration Court (SAC) intends to hold a series of discussions of their initiatives with the banking community, writes Kommersant. One of the major proposals is a ban on charging a commission with natural persons for the early repayment of loans. In the prepared document contains an opinion on the illegality of the operation. To date, penalty for early repayment of the loan is used in half of the credit institutions in the country, the fee ranges from a few percent. In spite of this, early return money to the bank settled for about 10% of borrowers. This means that if the commission banned, the loss of the banking sector will be insignificant, but people will be able to quickly pay their bills. Earlier YOU forbade lending institutions charge borrowers a fee for opening a loan account.
