KIT Finance has officially taken over by RZD and Alrosa

A consortium of investors has completed its acquisition of control over a group of CIT Finance. Now the group is controlled by the holding company - CIT Finance Holding Company, whose ultimate owners: RZD and Alrosa "(UAB), the press office of the bank. The holding company has acquired 87% shares of a commercial bank and plans to share in the bank up to 100%. In addition, the Company directly owns 100% of investment banking, brokerage and pension business, CIT Finance, 80% in the insurance business. Also, the deal includes the acquisition of control over the shares in the business of asset management, as well as Ukrainian business group.
