VI announced the results of competition "Best Quality Service-2010" organized by the company SQI management. MDM Bank was the winner in one of the five nominations - "Best Quality Service". The contest is held among retail companies and organizations on the basis of the SQI (Service Quality Index), which allows you to compare the levels of service quality in different market segments and is used where the end user is served. As appraisers act professionally trained "secret shoppers" who, during the nine months to attend a specially composed a single graphics retail outlets under the guise of ordinary customers. The competition was rated the quality of service in 47 companies: shops of clothes and shoes, digital art and gifts, banks and insurance companies.
