Miel assigned the highest corporate governance rating

Consortium RID-Expert RA has assigned CJSC "MIEL" rating for corporate governance at the level of "6 +" (developed corporate governance practices). The company has a low-risk corporate governance experts said the consortium. The company complies with all requirements of Russian corporate law. In addition, Miel in their work endeavors to comply with most of the recommendations of the Russian Code of Corporate Conduct, as well as to take into account international best practice. An important step in improving corporate governance has been the development of international accounting standards (IAS), noted in the Expert RA.
