Primsotsbank cut interest rates to 4 mortgage programs. By 0,5% per annum decreased rates on loans "Deltarublevy, Delta Development", "Delta primary cells", by 0,25% per annum - on loan "Deltaekonom (fixed part). Now, the minimum interest rates on these loans start at 11% per annum, the initial payment - from 15% (additional liability insurance for the client is not required). Crediting period is 7-25 years.
