Provisions for 4 trillion rubles

As of January 1, 2009 the aggregate amount of the Reserve Fund $ 4 027.64 billion rubles (137.09 billion U.S. dollars), according to Russia's Finance Ministry. Balances in separate accounts of the Reserve Fund as of January 1, 2009 were as follows: 63.99 billion U.S. dollars, 43.81 billion euros, 7.31 billion pounds. The aggregate estimated amount of revenue from the placement of the Reserve Fund, converted into U.S. dollars for the period from 30 January 2008 to 31 December 2008 amounted to 6.34 billion U.S. dollars (186.20 billion), according to Russia's Finance Ministry. Exchange difference on revaluation of balances in the accounts of the Reserve Fund in foreign currency for the period from January 30, 2008 to December 31, 2008 was a positive value - 509.16 billion rubles.
