PSB is one of five leaders in the economic efficiency of staff

PSB took 5 th place in the ranking of cost-effectiveness of bank employees. The rankings are a newspaper RBC daily, based on the combined calculation of RBC daily and Economic Research Center of the Moscow Academy of Finance and Industry (CEI MIFP). CER MIFP performed calculations on the basis of financial indicators for the III quarter of 2010 and took into account information on the weighted average number of employees, total assets, income and expenses of banks, as well as statistics on the costs associated with the functioning of the credit organization, and expenditure on wages, including bonuses and compensation. According to the calculations of RBC daily, the coefficient of efficiency PSB (assets / employee profitability) was 118.3 (the best figure in the ranking - 207.9, the lowest - 23,6). Net profit per employee of the bank - about 4 million rubles. On 01.10.2010 the bank employed over 9,000 people.
