It is necessary that the budget was balanced, sustainable, you need to gradually reduce the budget deficit, said the Premier. He stated this at a meeting on financing for federal programs (FTP) in 2011 and subsequent years. The country's leadership must "take into account all risks, including the unpredictable fluctuations of global markets, connected with our main export commodities - oil, metals and others", - said Putin. When preparing the budget for next year "should revert to the traditional procedures for financial planning. We have temporarily retreated from them last year to take extraordinary measures related to international financial economic crisis "- the head of the government. Government's anti-crisis measures helped stabilize the economy. And now we need to move from emergency steps to the systematic work, Putin said. The new document should be aimed at long-term objectives, that all social obligations, economic development, Putin concluded.
