Putin expressed dissatisfaction with how to implement a decision to purchase public housing for military personnel and citizens living in emergency houses. The Prime Minister noted that the repurchase 40,000 typical apartments for those categories of citizens in addition allocated 83 billion rubles. "I want to express some concerns about how to implement the program.
