"As it is supposed to provide in 2009, the state guarantees of the Russian Federation in the Russian currency for loans taken by the strategic organizations, the military-industrial complex on the implementation of principal operating activities and capital expenditures in the amount not to exceed 10 billion rubles for each of the state guarantee of the Russian Federation.
