February 21 held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of NOMOS-BANK. Its members elect the Supervisory Board, whose membership was expanded from 8 to 11 people. Along with former members of the Council - Nicholas Dobrinovym, Jean-Pascal Dyuvesarom, Alexander Zakharov, Alexander Zelenova, Dmitry Sokolov and Ilya Yuzhanov - it included Herbert Walter, Mel Carville, Dmitry Mizgulin, Rupert Robson and Konstantin Yanakov. Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board aim to improve corporate governance of the Bank.
