Small banks more time to date

Bank of Russia is ready to extend for one year time period to small banks to increase capital, the newspaper Kommersant. MPs have already prepared an appropriate amendment to the legislation. By 2011, the crisis may be over, and the small banks will have more opportunities to increase capital and to retain their business, suggest experts.
