VTB Bank will allocate $ 20 million of the company Art Pictures on the film "Stalingrad", reports Lenta.ru. The conditions under which the state bank lends money, are under discussion. Movie was directed by Fyodor Bondarchuk, and shooting the paintings will be held in St Petersburg and Volgograd. It is planned that the new film hit in 2013, when the whole country will celebrate the 70 anniversary of the end of the Battle of Stalingrad.
