The state must pay damages

The state must compensate the citizens of the losses they incurred during the bankruptcy of the bank. This is evidenced by the results of the National Agency for Financial Studies in December 2008. 16% of respondents believe that the state must reimburse the cost of apartments or villas if they are lost in the price at the time of sale. More than 20% believe that government should compensate the losses associated with a change in the prices of assets such as shares and stocks.
