Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Economic Development have formed a list of nine cement plants with total capacity of 17 million tons per year to help finish the state-owned banks, the newspaper Kommersant. It includes, inter alia, incomplete works Eurocement Group, Sibtsementa " "RATM Holding", "Baselcement, LSR and Inteko".
