Tax collection increased by 23%

Income taxes and fees in the budget system of Russia for the first quarter of this year increased by 23,1% compared with the same period in 2009. This figure rose to 1.758 trillion rubles. This is indicated by the data of the Federal Tax Service (FTS). In January-March last year, tax authorities managed to collect only 1.428 trillion rubles.
