Tax inspectors will be dismissed for rudeness

Chapter Federalnoy Tax Service of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, wrote a letter to the heads of territorial tax authorities, which indicated that the criterion for evaluating the performance of official duties of civil servants of the tax authorities is a "correct and careful attitude to the taxpayers." It is reported by Prime-Tass on Tuesday, May 31. In accordance with the requirements of Article 33 of the Tax Code and the Code of ethics and official conduct of civil servants of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in relations with the taxpayers, tax officials must exercise courtesy, tact, sensitivity and attention to be a model of good manners and high culture of communication and behavior, respect for people. The head of the Federal Tax Service stressed that each case is irresponsible, biased, tactless behavior, rudeness, formalism and rudeness towards the taxpayers should take disciplinary action against responsible officials until their dismissal from the tax authorities. Mishustin urged to take effective measures to improve the quality of work with taxpayers and warned all the heads of territorial tax authorities on personal responsibility for organizing this work.
