In my opinion, definitely good that the government allows people to purchase cars with the use of "soft" loan. The main advantage for a private client is the ability to get car loan at a lower, compared with the average market, the interest rate. Among the drawbacks - a limited number of banks that implement this program (Sberbank, VTB 24, RAB), the need for the client meet strict requirements of credit institutions, as well as the limited range of cars, which falls under the requirements of the program. How have credit conditions in this segment during the crisis?
