Top managers of VTB Bank started to operate in Moscow

VTB continued reorganization of the Board of the Bank of Moscow. Earlier this week, Borodin was arrested in absentia in a criminal case of fraud. In April, the bank's shareholders elected a new head of the Bank of Moscow - the former first deputy chairman of VTB Michael Kuzovleva.
