Types of guarantees

Bank guarantee is one way to ensure the contractual relationship in which the lender agrees to repay indebted party in default of its obligations. The guarantee takes the form of a written document signed by the head of the bank. Types of guarantees: - bank guarantee of payment - bank guarantee of the contract - bank guarantee related to the customs procedures - tender guarantee - guarantee of repayment - supergarantiya (bank guarantee, which was originally guaranteed the obligation).
