UN experts have predicted economic growth of Russia

The United Nations expects economic growth in Russia on 4,3% at the end of 2011. But the government will take measures to improve the investment climate, monitor the situation on the food market and inflation. This writes the Herald on Thursday, May 5, referring to the report of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. As the newspaper notes, the UN estimates almost identical to the government's forecast. In 2010 the Russian economy grew by 4% this year, Ministry of Economic Development expects growth to 4.2% with an average oil price of $ 105 per barrel. The task for 2011 - contain inflation, the authors report. At the beginning of the year was an obvious need for serious measures to combat inflation, the economists write, recalling that the Russian Central Bank earlier raised the requirements for commercial banks on reserve requirements and do not let the ruble.
