Indebtedness of Russians on mortgage loans increased by 15 times

The Russians do not pay the bills. The central bank issued a negative report - the amount of arrears on mortgages following last year has increased 15 times. In ruble terms - up to 12 billion 100 million. Of these, according to CB 5.8 billion - the failure to pay for ruble loans, and nearly 6.5 billion - for foreign currency, according to the channel Vesti. And the biggest debt - to the largest Russian banks. The share of overdue loans, which were given financial institutions from the top five rankings, more than 2 percent. And yet, the banks continued to lend. Over 2008 citizens have taken a loan of almost 634 billion rubles, or 14 percent more than in 2007. It is worth noting that the Russians are increasingly taking loans in rubles. This is despite the fact that the ruble rate increased, and foreign exchange, by contrast, have not changed.
