Inflation in Russia for a week from 16 to 22 December 2008 amounted to 0,2% since the beginning of the year - 13,1%, Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.

"During the period from 16 to 22 December 2008 consumer price index was 100.2%, from the beginning of the month - 100,5%, from the beginning of the year - 113,1%," - said in a statement.
