Next year, Russia will face a budget deficit

Deficit next year, quite likely. Told reporters the president's aide Arkady Dvorkovich. According to him, the deficit will be offset by the Reserve Fund gained in recent years. Assistant to the President noted that in 2009 additionally assumed to subsidize interest rates on loans in agriculture, in addition to state-subsidized purchase of housing on the market. Dvorkovich also said that the Presidential Council on implementation of priority national projects approved program of projects for 2009 and approved the program for 2009-2012. He promised that next year "all project activities will be fully funded." Russia's budget deficit will be the first time in 10 years.
