Chapter DIA Alexander Turbanov told where to best invest money. Now giving preference to bank deposits as a tool for personal investments, I am not original - many of our fellow citizens just because you do. Before the crisis, the population was able to effectively invest in real estate, securities, finally, in the business. But now the situation is different. The real estate market has not yet emerged from its state of stagnation, the securities are too volatile, and therefore unattractive to people, myself included. To open a business right now, it seems, is not the most comfortable conditions. However, this occupation is incompatible with my main job. Purchase additional property in addition to existing apartments and villas to resell on a speculative price, and before there was no desire. But in the securities I've invested. Until 2008, I placed, perhaps, most of savings in shares of investment funds. But the crisis hit, like all other citizens, when the stock market crashed, and my funds were in Pytheas. And on the eve of the crisis we are in the agency felt the approach of a thunderstorm and invest in shares of the fund deposit insurance began to withdraw. But to make adjustments in their personal investment policy, I do not have time. Money to the units I brought a small profit only after the restoration of market share and posted a few banks. And while the volatility of the stock market did not decline, returning to the securities I do not plan. So far all my savings placed in bank deposits. In the civilized world bank is a place for storage, rather than investing money. But in Russia, is a financial tool that generates income, in general, helps protect your savings from inflation. However, some banks have already fallen below the rate of price growth. To date, approximately half of my funds available on the ruble-denominated deposits, the other - equally in euros and U.S. dollars, solely for diversification. The ruble is now, in my opinion, is quite reliable currency for storing tools. In addition, major expenses I have to bear in rubles. Also, my deposits are diversified by maturity: a semi-annual, annual, more than a year. There are the usual immediate and convenient revolving deposits and demand deposits and card accounts.
