National Bank of Belarus orally recommended that the country's banks to devalue the national currency by 10% against the dollar, according to RIA Novosti. Immediately following the guidance provided one dollar was worth 4,480 rubles, although early in the morning suggested the U.S. currency exchangers to 3990 rubles. In this course NB is 3100 rubles, and the black currency market the dollar can only be purchased for 5500 rubles.
