Standard & Poor's revised its outlook changes the credit rating of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region from Stable to Negative. Ratings affirmed the district level "BBB-" and "ruAAA". "The outlook revision to the expected reduction in income and the deterioration of fiscal performance," - said a credit analyst at Standard & Poor's Irina Pilman. The ratings of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District reflect a very high level of welfare districts: in 2007 the gross regional product (GRP) per capita was 44 thousand dollars - and the low level of debt. The negative outlook reflects the expectations of Standard & Poor's about the fact that as a result of declining revenues Khanty-Mansiysk in 2009 county budget figures will deteriorate, and the pressure to increase its liquidity.
