The Russian government will give Abkhazia 700 millionth loan to capitalize the Central Bank of the Republic. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Abkhaz President Sergei Bagapsh, in Novo-Ogaryovo. "We have almost completed work on a loan of Abkhazia in the $ 700 million for capitalization of the Central Bank of Abkhazia. In the near future, experts have completed the technical work for the implementation of the loan with a grace period of four years and low interest rate. The loan is designed for ten years" - Putin said.
