A well-known TV presenter Tina Kandelaki joined the board of directors of the Kirov Vyatka-Bank, RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday, April 27. According to the agency, meeting of shareholders on April 22 Kandelaki elected to the board of directors, which consists of seven people. According to the bank, its largest shareholder is a Cyprus company Opidius Holdings Limited with a share of 90.57% and the department of state ownership of the Kirov region with a share of 7.57%. Vyatka-Bank was established in 1990. Since 2008, the largest shareholder of the bank specified by the Cyprus company is Gusel'nikov Gregory, who until mid-2010, was a member of the Board of Directors Binbank.
