40% of Russians do not want to start a bank card

According to the poll conducted by the Levada Center, the holders of bank cards are 47% of respondents in 130 settlements of Russia. To this number can add another 13% of people said they planned to make a credit card. Are not holders of cards and do not want them to make out 40% of Russians.
